Diabetic Pumpkin Pudding Breakfast Recipe

Nothing will start your day off better on a crisp autumn morning than some delicious pumpkin pudding. Best of all, it's quick enough to enjoy on any busy morning!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup prepared cream of wheat instant hot cereal
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
1 tbsp. toasted chopped walnuts or pecans
Pinch of Cinnamon
2 tbsps. Vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. no sugar added pumpkin butter spread
Artificial sweetener packet (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare the cream of wheat as directed on the package.
Stir in pumpkin pie spices, cinnamon and nuts.
Top the cereal with pumpkin butter and some cool yogurt.
If desired, add some artificial sweetener.
